President and CEO
Prior to founding Envision, Ryan held a wide range of recruitment directorship and management positions throughout his nearly two-decade long talent acquisition career — most recently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at Tokyo American Club. A native of Hawaii, Ryan enjoys surfing, golfing, and promoting US-Japan relations. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Chief of Staff to the CEO
Colby joined Envision’s business operations team in April 2019, where he managed corporate finance and advised on growth strategies for RPO service offerings. Since then, he’s expanded his role to lead key corporate transformation, human resources, sales, and marketing initiatives. Colby holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from New York University and is a graduate of Iolani School. He is also an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan, US-Japan Council, and The America-Japan Society. In his free time, Colby enjoys golf and snowboarding.
